The Workshop on System Dynamics Modelling with Vensim at University of Wollongong

Last week, I had the pleasure of delivering a hands-on workshop on system dynamics modelling with Vensim, co-hosted by the Oceania chapter of System Dynamics Society and the Centre for Supply Chain Research (CSCR) at the University of Wollongong. This session introduced participants to the fundamentals of system dynamics modelling, with a focus on real-world applications in supply chain management, business strategy, and public health policy.

It was fantastic to engage with researchers and practitioners keen to explore how simulation models can inform better decision-making in complex environments. I’d like to extend my thanks to Professor Matthew Pepper and Dr. Mostafa Khatami for the invitation and for coordinating the event.

Looking forward to more collaborations and opportunities to share knowledge in the field of systems modelling!
